FAN video: Orange Tulip a Token of Friendship.

An orange tulip symbolizes the bond of friendship between Albany NY and Nijmegen since 1948. In this video, an initiative of FAN, both Mayor of Nijmegen Hubert Bruls and the Mayor of Albany, Kathy M. Sheehan pay attention to this friendship bond and the opening of the Tulip Bed on the Waalkade in Nijmegen. The -historical- significance of the Orange tulip is also explained by interviewees from Nijmegen and Albany.
